Point Lobos State Reserve is located just south of Carmel, California on the Monterey Peninsula.
It is an area of scenic splendor. From rocky outcroppings to sandy beaches, forests and meadows, Point Lobos is a place to observe nature in its native state. There's a sense of tranquility amid it's seaside splendor from Bird Island to Whaler's Cove and Carmel River State Beach.
